* Responsible for the development of Kuehne + Nagel's Continuous Improvement & Operations Excellence Program (KNPS) in South and Central America. * Achievements: * 8 Black Belts, 79 Green Belts & 253 White Belts trained in Brazil, Chile, Colombia & Peru. * CHF 940,000 in savings through 39 DMAIC projects. * KNPS standards implemented in all operations. * First Stage of the Quality Management Module implemented in Colombia for weekly KPI Corporate reporting. * Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma trainings to business units outside Contract Logistics, such as Regional IT, Overland and Finance in Brazil.

In charge of developing, setting up, supervising and improving PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) processes for the automotive industry. Undertaken projects: 1) Developing and improving an all-new, recently implemented, PDI process for Volkswagen. 2) Improving the existing PDI process for Hyundai. Achievements: Reached daily production objective two months ahead of schedule. Initial investment was recovered 3 months earlier than envisaged, thanks to higher productivity and volume.

Member of the supply chain management team, responsible for the demand analysis of imported materials, to supply the production line according to plan. Direct contact with suppliers in U.S.A., France, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Brazil and Uruguay. Achievements: Development and implementation of applications for a better analysis of production plan. 18% reduction in air freight extra-costs (urgent orders).

* In charge of supervising accounts/operations which involve a certain number of employees working at client's facilities. These employees, members of a working team, are responsible for the administrative tasks, shipment's monitoring and other matters related to the distribution of each client's products. * Achievements: * Accounts profit increased by 6% average (Arcor, Kraft, L'Oreal). * “5S“ implementation at each operation‘s working environment. * Development of training plans for staff in charge.

Operation & Development of simulation software that provided logistics optimization by linear programming. This software was used to create Business Plans and monthly reports, among others. Achievements: 4% reduction in transportation costs by implementing linear programming simulation tools. Development and improvement of simulation software parameterization, making the application more accurate and closer to local market‘s reality.

In charge of providing gap-analysis in order to set the basics for future e-commerce tools to be used by Citibank branches all over Latin America. Achievements: Collaborated to implement e-commerce tools in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru.

Responsible for all warehousing activities within Argentina's Distribution Center, such as: reception of new materials, inventory management, picking & packing according to Production Plan, forecast gap analysis and Corporate's "Best Practice Policies" compliance, among others. Also accountable for the economical and financial analysis of new projects related to current clients, attending their needs and providing solutions in order to satisfy their expectations of continuous improvement. Achievements: 15% increase in inventory accuracy by implementing cycle counts, reaching the target of 95%. 12% reduction in picking errors by introducing Radio Frequency System and electronic scale control. Increased Picking productivity by 11% and Packing productivity by 19%, due to a lay-out redesign and the incorporation of conveyors in the process.
