The Houston Public Library provides International Services that celebrate Houston's diversity and build an integrated community through services such as English learning, cultural programs, citizenship classes, passports, and materials in over 20 different languages. - Oversaw organizational strategy and implementation of community programs and staff training across 43 library locations for inclusive service to international communities, immigrants and refugees. This included leading partnerships, budget, reporting, policy, process, and project teams for cultural and community programs, English and U.S. Citizenship classes, and multilingual resources. - Created a new service model - The Living Room at HPL - that drew 10,000 participants across 50 public events, becoming the top attended HPL program in 18 months. - Served as Library Department Language Access Coordinator, and pioneered the adoption of tech-enabled language access solutions for the City of Houston to improve policy implementation and frontline service delivery. This included leading the rollout, training, and system-wide policy for a video-based language translation technology solution to ensure equitable service to customers of limited English proficiency.

The Economic Development Board (EDB) is the lead national government agency for planning and executing economic and industry growth strategies for Singapore. IOPO drives government strategy to partner international non-profit operations and innovation in Singapore. * Co-managed IOPO division, administering division budget and government policy in tax and grant incentives, partnerships, communications, infrastructure, and regulatory environment. * Negotiated public-private partnerships and strategic investments across the philanthropy, health, social enterprise, impact investing, sustainability, education, industry association, and poverty alleviation sectors.

* Managed funding approval process establishing 5-year division budget through the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Trade and Industry. * Anchored regional headquarter offices of non-profits including Save the Children, Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, Endeavor Global, and Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN).

* Managed global placement and skill development of Asia staff to support regional and global business model.
