- Handle import and export shipments to/from Vietnam according to all given requirements - Manage forwarding agents to complete the Customs procedures and make sure the correct shipping documents - Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines to get booking, submit Si & VGM, and check B/L, free time, shipment status - Liaise with service to carry out procedures of issuance of C/O, Insurance, Fumigation - Cooperate with trucking team to arrange appropriate loading/unloading schedule - Solve problems with carriers, forwarders and properly inform of any potential delays, and proposes an alternative solution - Check debit with carriers, forwarders, and make a monthly report - Input material information and import/export expense data on ERP system - Prepare needed documents for accountant team's payments
