- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories, including IT services, office supplies, marketing services, travel, transportation, MRO and professional services …. - Consolidating the suppliers base when possible. - Negotiate cost savings for the business, working with regional sourcing managers to leverage and consolidate spend and suppliers. - Planning a purchase based on the project implementation schedule of the Company. - Act as a point of contact between the Company and suppliers/ vendors (for Nontrade/ Indirect Procurement) to optimize cost and delivery time for the project. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service, competitive pricing, and adherence to contractual terms. - Make the monthly report and analysis price / service cost if having requirement.

- Responsible to collaborate in defining the category management strategy within direct materials, aiming to add and create values to the organization, including to collaborate with SG Central Purchasing. - Roll out the strategy implementation, on the appointed categories, and in-depth collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Deliver on key financial targets such as gross margin improvement through savings and working capital optimization. - Analyze actual cost and create benchmarks for decision makings together with key stakeholders. - Optimize the current supply network an seek improvement opportunities in collaboration with regional/global teams. - Provide category intelligence, identifies trends and opportunities. Applies best practices in purchasing process management by utilizing most relevant models and takes necessary actions for areas of improvement. - Conduct supply risk assessments, establish contingency plan, develop alternate solutions in securing best condition for the company, including extensive market research and proactive sourcing of innovative suppliers. - Source, identify and manage the suppliers, in direct materials category. - Ensures sustainability of supply and effective supplier relationship management throughout the supply chain. *STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT - Strong and consistent focus on demonstrating value of business partnership, by developing in-depth internal stakeholder engagement and a customer-oriented approach, with the purpose to gather category requirements from key stakeholders. -Understand and manage the expectation of internal stakeholder engagement, as well as establishing synergies with internal stakeholder. - Aligns strategies with key business partners, establishing alignment and effective communication internally and externally. - Initiates preventive actions to avoid supply issues by providing relevant solutions in due time.

Main Task: DEVELOPING A NEW SUBCONTRACTOR - Formulate, document, and execute regional outsourcing Strategies - Localize the potential subcontractor to get saving cost and reducing the risk and reduce the lead time of production and transportation. - Setup and analysis the outsourcing cost to apply for new subcontractors. COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT - Follow up the current subcontractors and potential subcontractors to ensure meeting with laws, regulations, and requirements. - Disclosure RBO (Retail Branded Owner) to outsource their products SAVING COST PLAN - Cost forecasts, Calculation Daily Request Purchasing Order - Negotiation plans to meet the number of saving cost. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT - Analyze suppliers and markets to identify tends, opportunities for marketplace advantage, and new ideas for products, processes and services. - Gather information from projection team and GPD (Develop about competitors’ material, technologies, supply base, sourcing strategies, etc. to benchmark competitors’ costs, services, etc.) - Develop and maintain appropriate and productive subcontractor relationships.

*Main tasks: 1. Work on Purchasing - Control purchasing system (local & abroad); work directly with Project Manager to clarify the materials / equipment - Estimate consumable materials list for workshop weekly - Lead the operation procurement, freight forwarding, imported materials /equipment from Viet Nam (by investment), and ensure delivery to match with requirement of Clients/projects - Survey the Myanmar Market price, and manage the supplier relationships to ensure contract compliance. - Make the appreciate form of vendors for updating into Internal Website, maintenance of master database - Report weekly to Managing Director, minimization of the total cost for projects, report Total cost of projects to PM. 2. Logistics - Evaluate cost in shipping, delivery charges (local) and make the Agreement with the best price. - Coordinate closely with Alpha ECC VN or Logistics Vendors to ensure smooth process of shipment 3. Work on Tender - Work on the Commercial Tender (Alpha ECC Myanmar can supply rental materials/ equipment/ services…) - Receive the Tenders from Sales and Development and collect price list, as well as support relevant documents.

Make the appreciate form of vendors for updating into Internal Website, maintenance of master database - Estimate consumable materials list for workshop weekly - Coordinate with suppliers to Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures on-time delivery. - Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned. - Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned. - Prepare reports and summarize data 2. Working on Tender - Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders. - Work on documents of Tender - Receive the Tenders from Sales and Development and collect price list, as well as support relevant documents.

*Main tasks: - Create and plan the material and equipment schedules of current projects. - Sourcing & procure all materials/ services related to shipbuilding industry in local and contact with Singapore for outsourcing overseas - Prepare Purchase Order / Services Order - Estimate and updated manpower and man-hour - Responsible for getting official invoice, required documentation of purchased items. - Responsible for getting official invoice, required documentation of purchased items. - Register material in/out every day. And make report weekly & monthly - Update and report manpower and man-hour according to actual field production progress. - Assist supervisors & designers in monitoring and catching up of the main production schedule on weekly - Advise Managers issues documents/ drawings

- Control the contracts (general contract, logistics contract) - Survey the market to collect the price of transportation and shipping - Set up work planning for planning Logistics Team - Prepare documents for DONRE (Department Of Nature Resource Environment), BIZA to register the investment certificates and reparation of import and export documentations. - Checking Procedure from POSCO Korea to support to Agency. - Work with other teams (warehouse team, port team) about materials in and out of warehouse to customer's site, including follow up on return of such steels as required. - Work with internal and external clients on all aspects of logistic matters, including all local authorities concerned and to maintain relationships. - Coordinate transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing steels.
