Developing Basketball/Fitness Products Work with WHQ to build the product from brief to actual samples Work with functional team ( PFC, pattern team, process engineer, chemical, …) to find the way to improve the processes and save the cost Follow up the product from the beginning to production to support and solve issues if having Contact with Nike team abroad for product information and pass to related team (process engineer, pattern, sample making room,..) Work well with production side and WHQ team to make sure all process smoothly and cosmetic alignment Understanding about material, check quality and color of material before making sample

Worked as product developer to develop and follow up product from development to commercialization. Work closely with Product Creation team, Head Quarter and Nike to transit product to production smoothly Work and track closely with PMO team to keep product on track and solve issue asap Ensure timely delivery of samples in highest standards at all stages of development and commercialization ( Do inspection of Promo, wear test, GTM, Confirmation shoes ) Do the new models auditing to make sure the production shoes are meet NIKE standards. Participate model’s FDPA& PEAC and provide recap & action plan to make sure the production shoes meet NIKE standards. Host Nike category visiting, including present factory’s category effort, shop floor go through, meeting recap & follow up.
