I provided legal guidance to stakeholders, handled regulatory updates for Vietnam entities, and maintained a central contract library for effective governance. I also ensured compliance with internal policies across employment, data protection, IP, licensing, and corporate governance, while training and monitoring teams to uphold regulatory standards.

With a large user base and nationwide reach, Việc Làm 24h supports both employers and candidates in finding the right match quickly and reliably. As a Legal Specialist, I managed contract risks for both commercial and procurement agreements, developed company-wide contract templates and review processes, and supported sales teams in negotiations. I provided legal advice for new initiatives, ensured corporate compliance, represented the company in legal proceedings, and consulted specialized departments on applicable legal matters. I also supported customer dispute resolution, handled communications with authorities, and managed filings and amendments such as ERC updates.
