– Handle customer issues related to AKS services, Azure Container Registry, and Azure Container Instances ( such as AKS nodepool failed state, cluster failed state, ACR slow pull requests, Container Instances unexpected restarts, etc). – Monitored, maintained, and troubleshot issues of AKS clusters and networking by using Microsoft internal tools. – Joined remote sessions with global customers to resolve technical issues and depends the issue escalated directly to the AKS Product Team for reporting bugs, product limits or feature improvements. – Suggested customers using security best practices and optimization methods. – Documented complicated cases, practical techniques to troubleshoot issues and share with colleagues.

– Working on the NAKIVO Backup and Replication solution. – Working with Odoo to manage tickets from customers. – Sending emails, calling as per request from the L2 team. – Answer questions from customers in chat, email, and call.

– Working with the Azure Cloud environment and researching Docker and Kubernetes. – Deploy and install Kubernetes on-premises with Rancher. – Using Rancher to manage Kubernetes on AKS and on-premises. – Install Jenkins, set up GitHub, and run a basic pipeline. – Install Harbor to host docker images. – Use Cloudflare as Ingress for Kubernetes and domain management.
