Hired to architect and implement the FortHill System’s SNMP agent, which provided Cache’s Statistics, System Statistics to third-party NMS systems like HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli. The agent was created using AdventNet’s Java SNMP toolkit. Instrumentation for the SNMP agent was implemented using Native Windows API, COM, and Linux System Calls.

Managed a group of developers responsible for the Acirro’s Element Management/ Network Management System. The management software managed Acirro’s Network Area Storage clustering device. The management instrumented, reported statistics to the centralized management system. The management system will also provides paging services in case there is a severe problem to the device. The local agent responsible for process health check, device health checks, and process self-healing. Acirro’s device can be use to cluster multiple Network Area Storages, and allows the ITt o manage all cluster network storage devices from a centralize location. The device also intelligently distributed all the content to other Acirro’s devices within the same Acirro Network ·Work with marketing team to translate marketing requirement into engineering requirement.
