• Manage plant spare parts inventory (SPIC/ODM), ensuring accurate stock control, cycle counts, and audit compliance. • Oversee site’s end-to-end procurement, including purchase orders, supplier coordination (local & international), pricing control, freight logistics, and approval of supplier invoices for accounts payable. • Partner with engineering and maintenance teams to forecast parts requirements, source cost-effective suppliers, manage lead times, and ensure critical spares availability to prevent operational downtime. • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through supplier negotiation, pricing reviews, and inventory optimisation strategies to reduce overall site spending. • Lead waste stream and coil supply management, maintaining safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. • Partner with operations and finance on stock strategy, fixed asset reviews, shift rostering, payroll approvals, and cross-functional site coordination; recognized as WA admin site champion.

• Coordinate import/export procedures to meet customer’s end-to-end shipment needs and fulfil orders by collaborating with both warehouse and transport team members. • Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products. • Process and handle paperwork efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to comply with the client’s business requirement and internal billing purposes. • Facilitate communication with team members and external customers to ensure orders and deliveries are being carried out according to the set KPIs. • Provide customer service by addressing customer’s concerns to resolve both internal and external issues and enhance efficiency.
