● Prescreen the candidates who are matched with job description. ● To interview all first step of recruitment the suitable candidates (Ground service, passenger services, hostess, call center, customer service, loader, porter, driver, IT, R&D, marketing, administration etc.) ● To make the employment contract and collect all of related documents, related to employment. ● Responsible for job fair and out site events as a recruitment staff.
