As an experienced Human Resources Professional, I provide strategic and operational support to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters. My areas of expertise include recruitment, health and safety, payroll, benefits, training, and performance management. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement, development, and retention. With a strong foundation in human behavior, motivation, and communication, I effectively handle employee relations issues such as WSIB and WSIA case management, conflict resolution, and policy compliance. I have also obtained certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR and AED, and JHSC, allowing me to work closely with the team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions.
