Lead end-to-end planning activities using MRP systems, covering material requirements planning, production scheduling, and supply planning. • Own the annual budgeting process for raw and packaging materials, aligned with demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory targets. • Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure data integrity and reliable planning outputs. • Develop demand, supply, and inventory plans aligned with business needs, capacity constraints, and service level targets. • Support the S&OP process by aligning sales forecasts with supply capabilities, inventory strategies, and financial assumptions. • Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and inventory movements to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness. • Track and analyze key planning KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover, Days on Hand (DOH), and Service Level. • Perform gap and scenario (what-if) analysis to assess demand variability, supply risks, and capacity constraints. • Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure uninterrupted production and material availability. • Act as a key business user in the MRP implementation project on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, coordinating with IT and validating system outputs using Excel-based planning models. • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure end- to-end supply chain alignment.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency. • Calculate shipping costs, determine selling prices and profit margins. • Operate on the Nafeza system to manage import processes, ensure all documentation (invoice, packing list, ACID, certificate of origin) to avoid clearance delays. • Coordinate with customs brokers and clearance agents to monitor inspection, approvals, and the final customs release. Follow up on shipment statuses, container arrivals, port handling, and delivery to warehouse. Proactively resolve any delays in customs or logistics to minimize demurrage and additional costs.
