On the heels of strong success as Supervisor of the Medication Storage Section, I was promoted to Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisor to manage the flow of material through internal and external warehouses to ensure a prompt supply of resources while maintaining proper inventory levels and avoiding the bullwhip effect. Report to the Head of Logistics Services. This role focuses on managing inventory levels and implements an ABC classification using a "Pareto analysis." With the goal of meeting internal customer demands and exceeding expectations, I hold responsibility for developing projects to continuously improve inventory flow, processes, and work environment to ensure the highest quality levels. In addition to handling transportation operations, I had an essential role in the planning, counting, and dispatching of goods while respiting FEFO to maintain stock accuracy.
