I joined working as an export sales executive since I graduated from University, I devote my time to carry out sales work to overseas market especially in Asian Countries and America. I am person in charge in building and maintaining customers relationship to bring the best satisfaction of products and services to my valued customers. I directly implement and supervise the contract performace including export procedures, the quality of delivered products with customers. I also have ability work in group which I usually cordinate with internal departments to fulfill customers needs. During the time working in this position, I frequently worked with many people from all over the worlds which make me to be fluent in both written and spoken English.

During my time at university, I joined a non-profit organization to work as tour guide volunteer. In this position I cordinated and guided the foreigner to visit famous areas in Hoi An which I could use my English ability to communicate with people. My responsibilities in detail as below: - Greeting and welcoming customers to the tour. - Planning itineraries in accordance with weather forecasts and the length of each tour. - Familiarizing myself with the layout and history of the region or establishment in which I worked - Caring to customers and help to give the best solution in unexpected problems during the jouney.
