As a Leader in the Publisher Development team for the E-commerce sector, I have mastered the processes, strategies for optimizing and increasing revenue for both publishers and advertisers, as well as proposing policies and development plans that align with the needs and goals of our clients. Throughout my time at ACCESSTRADE, I have consistently maintained and developed ACCESSTRADE as the top affiliate network, partnering with key players such as Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, MWG, FPTshop, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, and more. I have also proposed and contributed to the development of tools to optimize and facilitate the growth and income of our publishers. During my 5 years at ACCESSTRADE VIETNAM, I have achieved various accolades: Employee of the Month in the Profit team, Company-wide Employee of the Month, and Company-wide MVP in 2022.
