• Primary responsible with Axixtron reactor for GaAs/Inp wafers, Emcore reactor for 1st Nitride and 2nd Nitride deposition. • Have the dexterity to handle wafers carefully and without error while working in a glove box • Start, monitor and complete silicon and GaAs/Inp Epi growths for production and development. • Knowledgeable well all processes and metrology tools: RPM Blue nanometric, Bruker AXS X-ray mapper diffraction, RPM 2000/4000 Photoluminescence (PL) Mapping Accent, Surface Scan 6200 Tencor DCDM X-ray mapper, Lehighton Resistance mapper. • Manage WIP through the GaAs and silicon epi processes to minimize cycle time. • Work with engineer and maintenance to resolve issues on equipment. • Support engineering on requests as needed. • Training and experience to safety handle process chemical and hazardous waste
