About
I’m a systems thinker and global leader in flood risk management, passionate about building high-performing teams to tackle some of the world’s most complex water challenges. As Chair of the AtkinsRéalis Water Global Technical Network and Global Technical Fellow, I bring over two decades of experience delivering innovative, resilient solutions across four continents. My work spans climate resiliency, flood mitigation, and decision support systems—helping major agencies and governments make informed, future-ready decisions. I’ve led projects for NOAA, NEOM, and U.S. nuclear facilities, and contributed to flood hazard assessments, storm surge modeling, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling in North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. I’m an active contributor to the global water community, regularly presenting at WEF, ASCE, and ASFPM conferences. I also served as an expert panelist at the 2019 UN Conference on Lake Chad, held at UN Headquarters in New York.
