• Manage card issuing/acquiring parameters in CMS (Card Management system) of whole bank. • Work with Visa/Mastercard team, vendors and third parties, SHB IT to deploy all projects regarding to upgrade CMS system as per bank operation’s requirements or from Visa/Mastercard. • Deploy and update new functions for credit card, communicate with branches/sales team to spread out SHB’s latest card function/service. • Participate in other card business like: National transportation project, Hospital Card project, extend license for SHB’s subsidiaries in Laos/Cambodia…. with the role of building request, checking system and testing before launching service. • Responsible for handling all operation errors receiving from Visa/Mastercard/internal teams and work with IT/vendor to fix, test and deploy. • Market research and product development, from the initial steps until product/enhanced service launched. • Manage and develop credit card, debit card and prepaid card portfolio, including product, acquisition, usage and partnership. • Responsible for P&L of the portfolio. • Drive business and operational efficiency through re-engineering of policy as well as the approval, issuance, retention, risk management and collection process. • Responsible for working with Mastercard/Visa for review business and finding marketing support programs. • Build promotion programs and deploy to customers as well as review, report after each program. • Report to Head of Retail Banking Product. Highlights: • Successfully launch SHB Mastercard/Visa EMV contactless and EMV contactless acquiring on POS. • Launched installment function at all kinds of merchandise for SHB credit card • Deploying “Upgrade CMS project and Issuing VCCS Chip card” as per State Bank requirement.

• In charge of controlling and setting up card products/acquiring parameters in CMS. • In charge of working with Visa/Mastercard/Napas/State Bank for all new connections or comply with their update/enhance requirements. • Building plan and supervising in any project regarding to Card business, coordinator between IT, CMS vendor, third party and card operation team. • Taking part in writing credit card policies, anti- fraud in card business policies • In charge of deploying the project to get Visa license in issuing and acquiring, including:  Collecting information to complete paper works that Visa required.  Working together with Visa team- CMS vendor and SHB IT card team to deploy system in order to pass all Visa requirements for issuing and ATM/POS and get full licenses for both sites. • Updating instructions regarding to daily operation with Visa for card center operations. • Report to Card Centre Director Highlights • Deployed Visa Issuing and Acquiring project in 12 months: launched SHB Visa Debit card (Gold/Classic) in 2013 and SHB’s ATM/POS Visa acquiring. • Deployed SHB Visa Platinum credit card, SHB Visa Manchester City Cobranding Credit/Debit card. • Deployed SHB Mastercard credit Co-branding with Vinaphone, SHB Mastercard Barcelona Cobranding Credit/Debit card. • Implemented 3Dsecure project for both Mastercard and Visa Card • Launched local debit card payment service on Samsungpay application. • Launched SHB’s credit card support service on Ebank platform (customer can lock card himself, change usage limit, credit card payment) • Connected successfully SHB’s local debit card with Ewallets: Moca, Momo, Airpay

• In charge of working with Card management system vendors and preparing bidding documents to choose the best solution. • In charge of completion the Functional System Documents for vendor to supply SHB full CMS system, for both Issuing and Acquiring site and support connecting to Visa/Mastercard/JCB. • In charge of testing and checking the system behavior during deploying • In charge of preparing materials and handling to SHB staffs. • In charge of deploying the project to get Mastercard license in issuing and acquiring, including:  Collecting information to complete paper works that Mastercard required.  Working together with Mastercard team- CMS vendor and SHB IT card team to deploy system in order to pass all Mastercard requirements for issuing and ATM/POS and get full licenses for both sites. • Building instructions regarding to daily operation with Mastercard for card center operations. • In charge of setting up parameters for Mastercard credit card profile and other acquiring devices and controlling the parameters, system’s operation. Highlights • Deployed sucessfully SHB’s own CMS after 1 year, with full functions and connections with national switch, SHB core banking and Mastercard. • Deployed sucessfully Mastercard’s Issuing and Acquiring project after 8 months: launched SHB Mastercard Gold and Classic, ATM/POS Mastercard acquiring in 2012.

• In charge of working with VCB and vendors, IT team to deploy the CMS system at SHB and issuing local debit card through VCB. • Took leadership role in the development of SHB local debit card • Responsible for building procedures of issuing and product policies of local debit card. • In charge of developing regulations and instructions for card operation of the bank: accounting, reconciliation, settlement, payment and dispute resolving. • Training for tellers and sales team of the bank about card services as well as using CMS system for card operation. • Core member in the strategic project of new Card management System for SHB • In charge of working with Viet Nam Bank Card Association and other national switching companies. Highlights: • Deployed first SHB local debit card and managed SHB’s card operation • Part of the team to improve Card System and Core banking of the Bank.

CARD OPERATION SENIOR, VIB BANK • In charge of building procedures for issuing site for local debit card. • In charge of processing card operation: reconciliation, settlement, handling customer dispute. • Joining Card Management System, Core Banking System project with the responsibilities of building request, testing system and training after deploying. • Operating daily and help branches solving problems during operation on CMS.

A long journey with lots of useful and updated knowledge, I have learned and absorbed not only by theories but also from teachers' real experiences and classmates' working stories.
