Lead the R&D Department to build and launch new electric fans for the domestic market. Conduct the market research, including competitor best seller analysis, to build the feature list to to source and supervise the OEM service from suppilers for ceiling fan, air purifier, and water purifier.

Led the R&D Department to launch new electric fans and improve the released electric fans in terms of cost and quality for the domestic and export market (EU). Collaborated with Marketing to define product spec and price versus competitor ones; supported Industrialization Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Quality teams to realize product from prototype, pilot production to mass production.

Managed the engineering activity of the Electric and Electronic (EE) Module to release the e-Bus platform for local and new markets.

Led the integration of the EE system of e-Bus by creating the State of Requirement, evaluated the supplier’s proposal, and SW release plan, reviewed EE architecture of component/vehicle and wiring harness as per the requirement of the feature list, industrial regulation/standard, functional safety and per project phases. Managed the integration activity to launch vehicle at Production Try-Out (PTO) and Start of Production (SOP) at the target time. Led the integration of EE system of vehicles (e-Scooter, C&D car segments) at idealization phase; realized the optimization ideas and ADAS features of EE system to SEDAN/SUV vehicles.

Monitored the functions (Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing) to ensure the timing plan of production of build phases of Sedan/SUV vehicles. Main in charge of Chassis System, Exterior, and Vehicle Complete.

Led the business of Mechanical Automotive Engineering projects (Control of Chassis, Steering, Fuel Supply, Fuel Injection, CVT, Connector, ECU). Engaged international customers (Vietnam, China, Japan, India, Germany, and Thailand) for technical and commercial discussions. Defined business plans of revenue and competence of the group to ensure quality, time of delivery, and cost as per organizational goals.

Defined the process of project of Mechanical Engineering services under ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certifications. Conducted the project management activities: Project Initiation, Project Plan, Risk Management, Baseline, Progress Review, and Resource Plan. Conducted the associates staffing: goal setting for project and team member (KPI), performance assessment, interview, competence development, training.

Conducted the product benchmarking projects: disassembled product; created 2D/3D, Bill of Materials with material analysis (chemical compositions, grade, coating, and manufacturing process); cost estimation of production; assembly sequence and benchmarking for products: Engine ECU, Fuel Supply Module, Electric Fuel Pump, Power Tools. Presented benchmarking reports to customers to analyze the optimized design structure, quality, and production cost of compared products.

Designed 3D/2D of stations and grippers of assembly line of car steel structure (Body in White industry) for projects: Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, and Tata Led a team of 10 engineers in the BMW project (RR4 car model). Simulated and analyzed the structure strength and its vibration; created a meshing structure file to import to CAE software solver.
