* 2017 - 2019: work at Duc Nguyen Service Trading Company. * 2019 - present: work at IDS MEDICAL SYSTEMS (idsMED) # Sales Engineer: -         Visit and take care of the healthcare professionals and KOLs in the hospital. -         To learn about difficulties when medical equipment usage at Intensive Care Unit and OR departments , writing the report for service departments or resolve  problems immediately. -         Propose new products and solutions throught introduction or demostration for clinical doctors. -         Following the frequency usage and satisfaction of the end user about the products. -         Make good relationships with clients to support product’s technical data and add purchase. -         Update the purchase project information (Budget, timing and decision maker). # Product Application: -         Support and instruction of the use for clincal personnel and processing product demo at ICU & OR department, to respond to their needs or explain questions and  complaints of usage processing. -         Set up and instruction for use and maintainance of medical equidment. -         Instruction of use and direct support of equipment for clinical doctors while demo product processing at Intensive Care Unit (Ventilator, Monitoring, Electrode surgery, EMS, other devices...). Joined training courses  presented in a domestic as well as foreign environment (Participation and certified attendance : Technical Training Course For Engineers about ESU, Laser surgery, OR lights, Ventilator,...presentation and training of course content to company staff members.
