Launching successful P25 project from PVT to MP phase. - Mechanical team lead (Control 5 Technician) -Failure analysis all issue waterproofing issue, Cosmetic (gap offset and step issue, assembly issue, ORT issue. - Understand all the station in FATP line to see the risk and co-work with other function team to improve the Fixture and the Operation. - Proficient in using VHX Keyence to visual check and measure the parts - Usually use OMM to check and measure the parts. - Usually check the CT Scan and guide the Q-Lab member snap the point on CT SCAN to find out abnormal point. - Usually send sample to X-Ray and check the result after that. - Usually request and guide the IQC team the point and the datum to measure the dimensions relevant to issue - Understand what is EDX machine can do and sometimes send the unknown foreigner object to elemental analysis. • Do DOE for verify waterproofing issue. • Tolerance Analysis the items related cosmetic (gap/step) issue. • Create boxplot and CPK analysis of some relevant item (Gap Offset, Step issue ) to ensure these data achieved CPK target. • Co-work with other function team (MFG, IE, AME, SQE, QE..) to improve Yield rate to archive target Overall Yield over than 97%. -MIL meeting with Customer and other function team to discuss solutions to resolve the issue - 2 times travel to Long Hua to study Pixel phone and transfer the knowledge to Vietnam site.

Engineer (Main product Macbook or iPAD) - Launching J604 model, 1st NPI model in VN - Failure analysis (Line issue, ORT, REL test issue) - Proficient in using 4M1E, 5W1H, Fish bone to find out the root cause. - Tolerance analysis (Tolerance looping and calculate RSS, Worst case) - Making assembly sequence, design comparison, screw list, - Judgment the part could use for the build or not (depend on Cp, Cpk, the data, function of the part, affect to around part and so on) - Undertake control run.

- Develop new product launching (printer) - Manage and issue all document relate to printer mechanical technology. - Analysis process, part and product trouble. Cooperate with production dep't and supplier to solve the trouble, improve quality - Support technical to outside supplier. Issue relate document to supplier: Drawing, technical document.

- Tackling and reporting the problems in testing process. - Making design review reports.
