Responsible for the Engineering area of Modernization and CAPEX Projects at Rumo, working in the areas of Project Elaboration and Development, Budgeting, Contracting and Commissioning, and Technological Control of the works. Among these three pillars: Project Development: Preparation of Basic and Executive Projects; Budgeting; Development of an action plan and execution strategy; CAPEX lever studies with budget opportunities. Contract Management: Hiring of direct services and project support; Technical analysis of proposals; Analysis and management of contractual risks and anti-claim measures; Governance and performance and contractual consumption management. Technological Control and Commissioning: Quality management and technological control of modernization materials on-site and at suppliers (Field, factory, and laboratory audits); Quality management of service and project commissioning for acceptance by the Maintenance team; Quality analysis and project delivery gains (ASTER/IQV and failure reduction, THP, and Restrictions).

Port Management: study of maritime economics, maritime laws and contracts, terminal design, integrated logistics, among transport systems, port operations and market analysis. Logistics and Transport: study of fleet management, market analysis, logistics operations and service management. First place among the 20 projects at the Rotterdam Mainport University PIP Conference. The project developed for the APM Terminals includes software that evaluates the tide variation and the loading and unloading operation due the operations restrictions of the container terminal.
