Humaira Ali

I am a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine (EM) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) with a focus on clinical care, medical education, and longevity. I am dual fellowship-trained in simulation education and EMS, and currently serve as Clerkship Director and Assistant EMS Fellowship Director. My work spans both acute care and long-term health—treating high-acuity conditions in the emergency setting while building foundations for longevity, performance, and proactive care through nutrition, sleep, movement, metabolic health, and lifestyle design. I incorporate evidence-informed strategies, including targeted supplementation and peptide-based protocols, while developing a research focus in the peptide space and advising patients and emerging initiatives with an emphasis on safety and individualized care. My mission is to redefine modern medicine by integrating reactive care with prevention and proactive optimization—empowering individuals to live longer, stronger, and more resilient lives.
