Client Communication & Follow-Up Respond to client emails or messages, confirm order details, product specifications, and delivery schedules, and provide timely updates on production or shipping status. 2. Supplier Coordination & Management Communicate with factories regarding production progress, material availability, and quality requirements. Coordinate schedules and address any production issues that arise. 3. Order Processing & Documentation Organize and verify order information, prepare or review export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and contracts to ensure accuracy. 4. Quality Control & Progress Tracking Arrange or follow up on product inspections (e.g., pre-production, in-process, or pre-shipment) to ensure products meet client quality standards. 5. Logistics Arrangement & Customs Clearance Contact freight forwarders or shipping lines to book space, arrange trucking, customs clearance, and insurance, and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery. 6. Cost Calculation & Control Calculate product costs, freight charges, and other expenses based on order requirements, and optimize sourcing and logistics plans to manage overall costs. 7. Problem Solving & Risk Management Handle unexpected issues such as production delays, quality problems, or logistics disruptions, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to implement solutions. 8. Information Organization & Record Keeping Update order tracking sheets, supplier databases, and quotation records to maintain traceable information for future reference and reconciliation.

Risk Control and Problem-Solving – Capability to anticipate and address shipping disruptions such as delays, customs inspections, or cargo damage, and to develop contingency plans. 4. Cost Control and Optimization – Skill in consolidating shipments and selecting optimal transport solutions to effectively manage logistics costs while improving efficiency. 5. Legal and Compliance Awareness – Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs policies of various countries, and dangerous goods transportation requirements to ensure full compliance and mitigate legal risks. 6. Information Technology Proficiency – Competence in using freight management systems, ERP platforms, and office software, along with data analysis skills to optimize shipping strategies. 7. Organization and Coordination Abilities – Capacity to manage shipping schedules across multiple routes and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 8.
