The ASO has been tested in a C9ORF72 mutation patient. • Generated a disease mutation knock-in mouse model of Hereditary Sensory and Autonomic Neuropathy type 1(HSAN1); and screened allele-specific antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) to target disease-causing gene SPTLC1.
