My name is Christine, and I’m a digital marketing specialist who are eager to get out of my comfort zone and work abroad to gain experience! With my years of experience in digital marketing and as a cross-border marketing manager, I hope I can make a significant contribution for the company! In my role as the cross-border marketing manager at PHILO in Taiwan, I led a team of 5 people focused on Amazon's United States and Japan markets. I successfully established and developed the cross-border digital marketing department from scratch, implementing Amazon marketing campaigns and advertising tools to create effective digital marketing strategies. Through data analysis and reporting, I adjusted advertisement strategies, resulting in instant sales growth. Additionally, I managed various social media platforms to complement our Amazon sales efforts, enhancing brand awareness, and customer engagement, and maximizing ROAs. One of my strengths lies in social media advertising, where I have extensive experience in understanding target audiences based on product types and creating suitable content, reels, and images. This approach has consistently achieved low CPC (cost per click) and high CTR (click-through rate), optimizing campaign performance. Drawing on my background in film, I bring a creative and detail-oriented approach to content creation for digital marketing platforms and social media. I am adept at generating quality content and ideas that effectively resonate with target audiences and maximize advertising impact. As the leader of the cross-border marketing department, I possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in teams. I excel at project management, resource allocation, and utilizing software project management tools to meet tight deadlines.
