* Capable of working with pegged requirements in MRP. * Reviews requisitions and MRP output. * Manage inventory, excess and obsolescence to minimize Company’s risk. * Coordinate and monitor the work of various sections involved in material inventory. * Able to work with the frequent changes in various schedules. * Understand well in system logic (Oracle & Imaps) & MRP system when creating bill of materials & engineering change notice. * Involved bill of material creation for NPI base on manufacturing requirement (Engineering Test Event) and MP (Mass Production) event. * Manage BOM (Bill of Material) structure proses to support manufacturing operations and component inventory. * Ensure the Engineering change notice assemblies revision match the revision on the bill of materials. * Initiate an ECN Form detailing changes (e.g. adds, deletes, changes). Coordinate with the Purchasing groups to ensure that all effectivity dates, revision status, BOM changes, rework instructions are correct. * Drives and /or perform change updates in Imaps to support engineering changes. * Provides guidance and advice on methods, procedures, standardization and requirements on product related change. * Maintain error free on bill of materials.

* Manage data management responsible for desktop and notebook products between engineering and manufacturing. * Manage all technical data from products. * Creating bill of material such as which components need to call for those products when request product request form from marketing department. * Ensure which components suitable can use for production before release the bill of material to system. * Bill of material create and release on time to system and production to release MO. * Administrating all components in Agile and BPCS system. * Agile super user * Coodinate with supplier regarding the bill of material and engineering change notisfication (ECN), to make sure the implementation date and items affected is correct.

* Responsible for material planning and inventory control. * Planning which products need to run out currently, order raw materials and packing material for company's products, control whole company stocks, forecast for local stocks, need to prepare some report through out whole production operation. * Liaise with production manager/ supervisor pertaining to the material, output and between all purchasers in order to provide the most accurate material status. * Check monthly material and production schedule that entails optimum capacity and low inventory cost and manage build plans carefully, to avoid inventory exposure. * Responsible for material planning to fulfill customer's orders and on-time delivery and production plans are prepared in accordance to customers' requirements to ensure timely delivery. * Prepare some production reports in every months end, Orders raw materials and packaging materials every weeks, hit target before sales orders death line.
