Company Secretary is an officer with a central role in the governance and administration of the board related affairs. To ensure the Group complies with the relevant statutory rules and regulations and assist the Group to establish efficient control mechanisms in maintaining good standard of corporate governance. To act as a mediator between the company, its board of directors, stakeholders, government and regulatory authorities, and guides on the regulatory and corporate governance related decisions of the company.
