- Collaborate closely with other departments such as product management, design and quality assurance to ensure that the engineering team’s work aligns with overall project goals and objectives. -Creating project’s test plan, setting timelines, and managing resources

- Involve in product yield tracking and monitoring process performance with statistical tools - Initiate, coordinate and drive product yield improvement by collaboration with process and test engineer - Conduct low yield analysis and identify the actions to be taken - Responsible to improve on product on hold cycle time & provide on time disposition, liaise with customer if needed - To qualify tester with test data correlation by collaboration with test engineer - To ensure process effectiveness by monitoring and tracking on process UPH - Coordinate and follow up on engineering and new product build
