Led the development of a web tooling and Eclipse tooling infrastructure, providing a unified tooling framework for multiple enterprise products. Provide level 3 technical support. Working with customers and collaborating with sales teams to resolve customer issues and incorporate customer requirements into products.

Led a world wide development team, developed InfoSphere Data Warehouse tools, an end-to-end data warehouse solution that includes data modeling, ELT, data mining, text analytics, OLAP with a unified user interface. Owned the product roadmap, product planning, release and project management, staffing, execution and product support.

Led a development team, driving the development of SQL Warehousing tooling, an embedded ELT solution for DB2 Data Warehouse.

Led the architecture, design and implementation of the code generation system for DB2 Data Warehouse. Implemented the first version of the code generation system. Customer advocates for key data warehousing customers interlocking and soliciting customer feedback.

RedBrick server development: led the architecture, design, and implementation of the Backup –Restore component for the RedBrick server.

Informix extended parallel server: led the platform engineering of XPS and contributed to multiple TPC benchmark testing and publications
