My objective as industrial relations is to be strongly focused in the people as the most fundamental resource of the company, working by objectives and fast response solutions, based in leadership, effectiveness, deep analysis, teamwork and good relations, to achieve the engagement between the company and the employees. High responsibility, well organized, self-driven under high pressure environment, strong communication skills and high negotiation abilities. As a certified Auditor in ISO/TS-16949 and ISO-14001 systems, I am participated in the implementation for HR requirements in four companies.
