Construction and Design Mechanical Lead responsible for clean room engineering/construction/commissioning/facility operation, for world class large scale project.

Provide technical expertise in the area of HVAC systems for new, retrofitted or upgraded manufacturing facilities which produce chemicals, engineering polymers, electronic, agricultural and bio-technical products. Responsibilities include developing the initial engineering scopes of work and specifications for projects, managing the engineering and design efforts being done by contract engineering firms and engaging other DuPont technology resources to provide the businesses with integrated offerings. My time was also devoted to vendor qualification and support to the Sourcing organization, and evolved over time to more of a Manufacturing Support role for the plants that install the equipment. Routine work includes supporting project workload in AP region, direct technical consultation with the manufacturing sites, providing technical input to contract negotiations, and applied knowledge of equipment and systems, manufacturing requirements, and economics to recommend alternatives for new facilities or improvements to existing facilities.

Design Review Responsibilities in EPC/EPCM projects: Prequalification/ Specification Writing/ Technical evaluation of bids/Coordinate engineering activities between HATCH and local institutes. Large-scaled international project, Management of filed construction including: Construction, Field engineering, Vendor management. Leading international modularization project.

Being seconded to project team as employee of HATCH, fulfill project management responsibilities as member of owner’s team, and overseeing one of the largest modules: coal plant. Supervising Module Erection, field engineering, coordinate international engineering team and local design institute, international vendor management
