I advise management to improve business development, add human resources, and create operational efficiency. I am hands on with recruiting, mentoring staff and crafting proposals.

I advised management on operational efficiency and created improved procedures for day to day tasks. I led the full implementation of existing project management software to allow for financial reporting and resource allocations in real time. This position migrated to a Contract Administrator’s role (contract).

I worked with CEI Architecture from my start as a project manager, to Project Architect, to Operations Director for locations in Vancouver, Victoria, Penticton and Calgary. I was also the architect for numerous health care, commercial, industrial and residential projects. After HDR’s acquisition in 2015, I helped facilitate the successful transition, coordinated long and short term resource projections and coordinated work-share with office in Ontario and abroad. I led the local management team consisting of finance, human resources, marketing/business development and IT. I led the team of local project managers to track project budgets, staffing and schedules.
