* Formed Redline Gauge Works, specializing in automotive gauge restoration. Developed business plan for family partnership including filing for all necessary banking, state and government accounts. Researched and planned transition from General Partnership to S Corporation * Researched and implemented solutions for accounting, invoicing, shipping and inventory tracking that fit the business model and would grow with the business * Planned, built and managed network including Windows Advanced Server, Exchange 2000 and Windows XP workstations * Provided design and content for all print and web advertising. Distributed press releases, articles and project outlines * Created proposal for automotive vendor participation in a high profile custom car build resulting in a savings of over $50,000 to customer. Assisted in pitching the vehicle to the TLC Network which resulted in a 1 hour special feature on the nationally famed cable TV network series “Rides”

Manage the overall desk activities, including the supervisors. Act as a further escalation point for the supervisor(s). Take on a wider customer service role. Report to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business. Attend Change Advisory Board meetings. Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfillment on the Service Desk. This could also be expanded to any other activity taken on by the Service Desk – e.g. monitoring certain classes of events.
