As a Global Learning and Development Specialist, I drive initiatives that enhance staff learning and development across the organization. My key responsibilities include LMS administration, content development, and project collaboration, all of which aim to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and skill development. I manage the rollout of training sessions, handling communication, documentation, and queries for new hires and refresher courses. In LMS administration, I brief staff, monitor system functionality and generate reports on training progress. Additionally, I develop customized learning modules and collaborate with internal clients to convert traditional learning materials into engaging digital content using instructional design skills.

As a Global Learning and Development Intern, my role was multifaceted and dynamic. I administered IT Security Awareness Training, promptly responding to staff inquiries to ensure a secure and informed workforce. I actively engaged in research and development, focusing on the conversion of content into our learning platform, thereby enhancing accessibility. Additionally, I contributed to our creative endeavors by producing catalogues and videos on an ad-hoc basis, enriching our learning resources. Furthermore, I played a crucial part in the coordination of training sessions, particularly for South-East Asia managers, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience. This experience allowed me to actively contribute to our organization's growth and knowledge enrichment in the field of learning and development.
