1. As group leader in Immuno-Oncology team 2. Landscape review of diseases,immune pathway, cellular therapy: such as, but not limited to, glioblatoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, NK, T cell, MDSC, osteoarthritis, adenosine pathway etc. 3. Target and patent review: mostly in IO and autoimmunity, inflammation areas. 4. Discovery work: As biology lead, Initiated and have finished several PCCs, including ADC, mAb and multispecific antibodies for cancer and autoimmune disease. Besides, >3 discovery projects have been initiated and are ongoing. 5. Assay expertise: Familiar with T, NK, Mø, DC, MDSC, B, plasma cell related in vitro biological assays and in vivo models of cancer and autoimmune diseases, PK/PD analysis etc 6. Translational study and support: Biomarker development collaborating with clinical PI (IHC assay development and validation with patients’ TMA); contribute to drug combination and indication selection, support IND; consult clinical PI/expert for moving the projects to clinic; biology support for cross functional teams; as GDP team member; publish scientific paper

Supervisor: Chair Prof. Xiaojing Ma(Cornell University) Project 1: Elucidate the function and molecular mechanisms by which CARMIL3 regulates cancer progression • Literature review, bioinformatical analysis, in vitro and in vivo function, cellular and molecular mechanisms on tumor immunity and cancer biology. • Wrote the research proposal for NNSFC in 2018 and awarded • Prepared 1 research proposal for Pfizer • Prepared the manuscript and published the paper. Project 2: Investigate the role of GOLPH2 in prostate cancer • Generated Golph2-/- + TRAMP and Golph2+/+ + TRAMP mice (mouse breeding, keeping and genotyping) • Compared the survival of mice bearing the spontaneous prostate tumor between WT and Golph2 KO mice(> 400 days) Project 3: Investigate the role of GOLPH2 in renal fibrosis. • Established the UUO disease model to study the role of GOLPH2 in renal fibrosis. (animal surgery for UUO model) • Mechanistical study on inflammation
