• Led the entire digital transformation journey at Loc Troi Group from the inside out by spearheading the deployment of the SAP S/4 Hana project. Achieved a successful go-live within 18 months, encompassing 22 business units. This strategic initiative has established a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a more effective organization. • Transformed the workplace landscape through a dynamic digital overhaul, transitioning nearly 300++ approval and signing processes to a sophisticated paperless office system. This strategic initiative significantly cut down on paperwork expenses and supercharged processing efficiency (saving 10,000+ hours per years), catapulting business operations to unprecedented levels and ensuring seamless continuity throughout the pandemic. • Completely transform Production Management by setting up a new SuperApp that connects all stakeholders involved in production from end to end. This includes credit financing for farmers, supplies of seeds and direct materials, and harvest management. The SuperApp leverages cutting-edge technologies such as drones for spraying pesticides and AI for detecting pests. It has already connected more than 1,000 agricultural engineers with over 200,000 farmers across the Mekong Delta Region, paving the way for Loc Troi Group to completely transform their business model for sustainable growth. Notably, this system achieved recognition as one of the top 10 Sao Khuê Awards in 2024. • Revitalize the entire distribution network by migrating the complete order, inventory, and delivery processes to the mobile app. This app is seamlessly integrated into the SAP S/4 Hana ERP System and the Transport Management System, forming a robust revenue-generating backbone that lays the foundation for sustainable growth. Not only does this pave the way for business expansion, but it also significantly reduces operational costs.

• Growing a team from scratch to 50++ staff members, delivering more than 300 mid-sized ERP projects, covering end-to-end ERP project journey, from (1) assessing the customer’s current state, to (2) conducting gap analysis, (3) defining the to-be process/blueprints, (4) managing development, (5) coordinating training and user acceptance, and (6) ensuring successful go-live and ongoing support. • Lead R&D team of 20 software engineers, overseeing all phases of product development, ranging from (1) Product development & roadmap, (2) Function enhancement & continuous improvement, (3) emerging technologies research, (4) Quality assurance and testing, (5) modernizing & innovating system.
