◦ Built and launched a configurable approval service that introduced dynamic configuration and streamlined workflow management across multiple internal products, enhancing scalability and maintainability for teams across Google.

◦ Solved a major technical problem by developing a deterministic speaker recognition model for the real-time communication platform, successfully deployed across 50 million active user sessions. ◦ Integrated Large Language Models (LLMs) into Quality Assurance by designing structured reasoning prompts and building a new service to centralize quality assessment, driving a marked increase in analysis accuracy. ◦ Led platform migration of internal notification systems to a new self-service platform, providing business teams with direct control over communication settings, which cut engineering support and accelerated update deployment. ◦ Drove substantial improvements in PII redaction systems to boost data privacy compliance, processing and securing 500k+ sensitive data points daily.

◦ Contributed in AngularDart based Speakeasy’s Live Listening feature that allows supervisors of contact centers to silently monitor the conversation between customers and agents. ◦ Built a functionality to automatically transfer supervisors to the channel where conversation is currently happening between customer and agent when listening to a conversation that spans across multiple channels (e.g. Phone and Google Meet).

◦ Developed a Node.js and React.js based Microsoft Teams inspired web application. ◦ Built numerous features like user authentication system, screen share and screen record, shareable whiteboard, chat feature. ◦ The clone could connect more than 2 peers, has a property where one could invite an individual via an email, additional control features for the moderator and text popup to view messages.
