Medicinal chemist and chemical biologist specializing in early-stage small-molecule drug discovery, with core expertise in SAR-driven medicinal chemistry, target engagement, and chemical probe development in oncology. I design and synthesize small molecules and integrate structure-based drug design, molecular docking, protein biochemistry, and live-cell pharmacology to quantify drug–target interactions. This supports hit identification, target validation, and lead optimization by translating molecular design into biologically validated insights. I operate at the interface of medicinal chemistry and chemical biology, enabling mechanism-of-action studies and translational target evaluation through chemical probes and cellular assays. My research focuses on oncology-relevant targets, including RAS/RAF/MEK signaling, estrogen receptor biology, PD-L1 immune regulation, and membrane-associated protein systems.My pharmacy training provides a strong foundation in pharmacology and drug action, which strengthens my ability to interpret biological outcomes in the context of medicinal chemistry design and translational drug discovery.
