Checking the customer’s Form(01-02) and the detail information in the requested invoices as per tax team’s procedures. Preparing the list of Form(05-01) request from customers and send the request list to tax team every week. Communicate between customers and tax team to be smooth process and arranging for collection and delivery the original Form(05-01).

Hiring, training, supervising and evaluating employees. Preparing employee work schedules. Addressing employee disputes, questions and concerns. Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies and procedures. Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.

Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets. Analyzing questionnaires Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits Assisting with promotional activities
