Assigned to a new role: subject matters expert of AMEA C&B in Workday implementation project, focusing on Workday configuration/ future processes/ data migration testing and knowledge transfer. Internationally transfer from IBS-Manila site to Mondelez Taipei HQ effective from Sep 2019.

Based in the Mondelez Business Service Center-AMEA C&B team in Manila. Work closely with MBS, CoE and regional HRBP on organization transformation, centralizing C&B process of China, Hong Kong & Taiwan here. • Main contact of ServiceNow, solving C&B related tickets, monitoring service quality & SLA. • Hay certificated JE professional, conduct job evaluations for HK & TW business. • Annual salary ranges renewal/ Market benchmark. • Participate in C&B surveys from Mercer & Aon (Mercer APCBF/ China Monitor/ Quarterly Watch…etc). • In house compensation consultant for offer proposal (both internal & external hire). • Conduct annual HR cost budgeting, subject master expert of cost management tool. • Continuous process improvement/ update & utilize SOP/ SSD/ Process Map. • Mandatory insurance/ benefits administration/ contract review for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan.

Payroll & Performance Management: • Process end to end payroll for 1000+ employees (500 expats & 500 local employees). • Lead a team of 4 working on tax reporting/ ERP data entry & validation/ payroll accuracy validation. • Monthly KPI tracking and monitoring for 500+ expat employees. Reports and analysis : • Produce monthly man power cost report for FIN team, work together on cost allocation. • In charge of employees pay structure analysis (based on functions & divisions). Projects: • In charge of 2016 Annual Bonus design & execution. • Work with YonYou consultants on ERP implementation, turn manual process into E-flow. • Co-work with audit team to initiate SOP for 1.Payroll Execution 2.KPI Rating 3.Special Allowance Application 4.Company Loans. Others: • Confirm and discuss offer details with candidates via phone calls or in person. • Handle offer signing for new hire and explain corporate benefits related questions. • Life cycle monitoring for all employees.
