Voluntary work:  Supporting the HR Manager and Project Officer in selecting a learning platform for eLearning content having conducted extensive research on many different systems and choosing one based on efficiency and price.  Assisting in creating customized blended learning pathways for different roles based on target skills and competencies by matching different content to specific areas and skillsets.  Liaising with suppliers to provide them with details of the personnel involved, the pathways and website content in order for them to design a working platform.

Help people living with dementia to continue to do the things they love play active roles in their communities.

Link Project:  Designing a detailed questionnaire and conducting a survey to collect demographic research data from more than 30 countries in Africa and Asia as the basis for the final project of my Masters’ course.  Organising and analysing the data with statistical analysis software and tools including Excel and SPSS.  Co-writing reports to support the organisation in their strategic decision-making process in terms of child safeguarding and risk management.

Acting HR Specialist in Taiwan subsidiary, which under management of Computer & Consumer Products Business Group in Foxconn Technology Group Main responsibilities: • Performed HR duties including administration, labour law consultations, annual performance appraisals and employee event planning • Recruited young talent and experienced candidates using online and offline channels such as social media, recruitment websites, executive search firms, etc. • Provided on-boarding, orientation and training of new recruits • Major Project Achievement: in coordination with Sharp’s Japan HQ, helped set up the Sharp Taiwan subsidiary (employee transference, recruiting, international employee management, benefits and incentive management)
