-Enhanced performance of brushless motors from 3-D printed components by testing different gauges of copper wires -Tested and build circuit boards for rectifier to be used for wind turbines with components built from a 3-D printer

•Assisted Cal Poly students and parents with financial and account activities through calls and counter with professionalism and courtesy to ensure quality service •Advised plans for students based on financial aid and account activity to avoid fees and any delays during their registration and aid disbursement

•Facilitated a group of 7 first-generation freshmen in discussions and organized events to help with their transition and becoming familiar with the campus •Worked on recruiting and maintaining positive mentorship role to retain them in school

•Installed 12 photovoltaic systems to micro inverters and service panel for low income residential homes ranging from 2 – 3 kW helping families save $150,000 in their lifetime •Worked with building codes and permits to ensure the designs pass safety regulations set forth by the city county •Performed site visits to sketch roof outlines and used a SunEye tool to measure yearly shading to create accurate designs and maximize the number of modules on the roof •Managed a team of volunteers through PV installation independently making sure everyone is learning and interacting by following safety guidelines and procedures
