Professionally, I started my career with hands-on experience in dyeing and finishing at Advanced Textile Composite, then moved into fabric planning at Chorka Textiles. Since 2017, I’ve been serving at Asrotex Group in the Central Planning department, where I’ve taken a lead role in aligning macro and micro-level planning with operational efficiency. My core expertise lies in capacity planning, textile and garments planning, demand forecasting, budget and cost control, and end-to-end production planning. I’ve had direct experience in knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes, and I specialize in crisis and disaster management to ensure production continuity under pressure. “I am a textile professional with a comprehensive academic and practical background in the RMG sector. I completed my B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Noakhali Textile Engineering College under Chittagong University, followed by an MBA from Jahangirnagar University, and a post-graduate diploma in Knitwear Industry Management from BRAC University. Additionally, I’ve enhanced my leadership and communication skills through specialized training in Business Communication under Mahereen Maruf and Emotional Intelligence. These soft skills have helped me effectively collaborate across departments, handle complex situations, and keep teams motivated during challenges.
