Developed sales leads and consulted with clients to design customized assessment solutions for pre-hire, evaluation and talent development management.

Directly managed over 200 contracted employees for a business and education outsourcing company. Coordinated recruitment and placement for over 600 incoming employees annually to various clients in Japan. Clients included numerous governmental organizations as well as many Japanese TSE listed corporations. Created sales and recruitment forecasts and worked with local branch managers to support individual recruiting needs. Assisted with the onboarding and training of new employees and worked with local unions and union members on employment issues.
