I began my career as a Recruitment Specialist at Infosys from 2017 to 2020, where I managed end-to-end hiring across technical and business domains. During this period, I gained strong experience in candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, campus drives, and large-scale recruitment operations within a structured corporate environment. In 2020, I joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and continued to expand my expertise in talent acquisition. Over the years, I progressed into the role of HR Manager, currently leading recruitment initiatives and overseeing hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives. My responsibilities include managing lateral and campus hiring, leading recruitment teams, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across functions. With experience across two leading global IT organizations, I bring a strategic, process-driven approach to building strong and scalable talent pipelines.
