Government Network & Operations: I build and maintain relationships with government officials across 17 provinces (from Ninh Thuan to Nghe An, including the Central Highlands) to ensure smooth company operations in these regions. Inspection Management: I work directly with government inspectors during their inspection, like those from the Department of Science and Technology. My goal is to address any findings and reduce or eliminate potential issues. Legal Compliance & Strategy: I research new laws and regulations to identify potential legal challenges. I then advise the Board of Directors on how to comply with these rules while also protecting the company's interests. Internal Procedure Review: I examine our internal processes to help other teams, like HR and Procurement, ensure their procedures are fully compliant with the law. This helps prevent future problems or financial losses. Public Relations Budget Oversight: I manage the budget for public relations activities within my assigned areas. Logistics Incident Resolution: I handle unexpected incidents or inspections related to our cargo trucks to ensure our main North-South transport routes remain operational.
