EXPORT SENIOR Receiving production plan from planning team and send to 3PLs to make exported plan.  Daily check export shipment progress from take booking until discharge and delivery to destination.  Work with Carriers, 3PLS to ensure smooth shipment schedule as planned, control for catch up request delivery date, KPI, update status of shipment to others related party.  Communicate and support others team: CO team, Custom team, trucking team, planning, purchasing, …  Receive and resolve customer’s complaint, improve process to get highest customer satisfaction.  Maintain and develop relationship with Customer, Carrier, …  Making daily report about status of all export shipments.  Fulfill other tasks given by direct manager/ local management / HQ.
