Jonathan Howell

My focus over the years has been on the Building Acoustics field from product manufacture and development, to the design and testing of these separating structures. Over time i have widened my expertise in acoustics covering other areas such as environmental noise, acoustics in schools, noise at work assessments, and the implementation of noise control systems. Qualifications to form the basis of my acoustics knowledge include a degree in acoustics studied at Salford University ,along with a number of short courses such as in Environmental Noise measurements etc. I am currently a full member of the Institue of Acoustics. In recent times through my role has broadened and i have taken courses in various other areas such as: Air Tightness Testing, Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments, Breeam Assessments etc. My broad knowledge and experience across the costruction industry has lead to my position running the Building Consultancy Group, which natrurally covers a number of construction disciplines.
