1. Technical discussion with PDs at early stage, injection molding & Tooling Design. 2. Close technical issue in DFMs. 3. New tool concept / ECN evaluation which includes LT&Cost. 4. Troubleshooting / Solutions for project prior MP. - Development of A 20W Charger for over 3 years with over 45 independent tool designs. - Development of Beats Portable Speaker. - Development of Clarisonic Cleaning accessories.

Anything included / needed / related to the project except legal / finance affair. (This is the best description I've ever put down in words). As Lead PM for Blackberry projects such as R049/R050/R051/R101, includes IM/Painting/Sub-assembly of Front HSG / Rear HSG / Battery Door / Receiver Assy.

1. Serve as quality representative for customer in the factory. 2. Customer complaint handling / follow up / close up / audit (for effectiveness). 3. Study of potential risk in quality before non-conformance occurred (ECN / Process Optimization..etc). 4. Regular quality performance review along with issue project necessary for improvement. 5. Regular visiting & field service on site, serve as consultant for customer's concern / doubt / query.

Served as RD Engineer for NPI management, locate in ShenZhen site. Nishoku is a Mechanical / Injection Molding specialized Taiwanese Company and this was my first job locate in China. Responsibility - Project development / NPI problem solving. - Coordination for all engineering unit (Tool shop / production /QE) - Schedule fulfillment for PM (Sales).
